Yacht and Superyacht Project Coordination Working with Designers, Yards, OEM's, and Specialist Consultants, to coordinate and facilitate all aspects of the project.

On-Site Project Management of New-Build and Refit projects, Power and Sail. We do not manage projects remotely, paying occasional visits - we are in the location, at the yard, on the vessel - working with and alongside the project teams, team leaders, contractors and sub-contractors.

Owner's and Captain's Representative for yard periods, Class Surveys, Builder's Warranty visits etc. Providing continuity in a supervisory role through the duration of a yard period, we work with the yard personnel and contractors, Class Surveyors or Builder's teams to keep the project on time and on budget, and ensure quality control, work output, and communication are optimised.

Project Management for Insurers and Surveyors. From repairs and upgrades to comply with survey recommendations, to complete rebuilds or refits on behalf of insurers, we provide the "hands-on, eyes-on" service required, for the duration of the project.
